Katie sounds like a very committed, sensitive musician, someone I would love to talk and interact with.

... she was delivering her valedictorian’s speech at graduation. She’s a talented musician as well as a brilliant thinker—I expect she’ll make her mark on the world.

Even though she tossed out many a sarcastic barb in my class, I miss having her as a student. She always kept me on my toes….

Well, of course the first thing you notice about her is she’s wicked beautiful. Then, after you’ve subscribed to her, and you start to read her posts, you realize she’s soulful and intelligent in equal measure.

She approaches issues of career, family, marriage, and her relationship to her maker in an intentional and direct way that makes her a delightful person to know, even through the Internet.

He’s just an uplifting, supportive kind of guy….seems like he’d make a great mentor to a young professional!

Katie tip-toes about on a razor’s edge and doesn’t get cut often. Living life as fast and hard as she does, you’d expect more crashing. I know how hard it is to be a ‘good’ member of Katie’s religion. I can only guess how hard it is to be a good teacher. Put everything else Katie does on top of that though, it’s insane. You have amazing balance and finesse, Katie. To keep the act going and for it to look as good as it does. You inspire me to do more, run faster, and try harder. At the same time, I’m thoroughly dedicated to doing none of those things. Instead I’ll sit back, relax, and enjoying the frenetic show you put on.

Keep up the good work. You don’t need my advice, but I can’t help myself: Be happy, even if the show ends, and the energy runs out.

Katie always seems to have such uplifting thoughtful things to say. She seems so fun and down to earth. I think if I were to meet Katie that she would be a huge example and light in my life. I have no doubt that she is an amazing teacher, nor a doubt that she has an amazing voice!
